Vibe & Thrive
Vibe & Thrive is a monthly social program designed for neurodivergent young adults who are ready to connect, explore, and have fun. This program is a great fit for young adults with low support needs, who are able to engage in conversations and enjoy group activities but may need a little encouragement when it comes to initiating friendships or navigating social settings. Each outing is staff-facilitated, with trained team members present to guide activities, support positive social interactions, and help participants feel comfortable and included, all while keeping the experience relaxed, natural, and enjoyable.
What we do
Monthly outings around Los Angeles, including: Nature walks, Bowling nights, Museum visits, Game days, Art outings, and more!

Advance LA is one of the signature programs of The Help Group, the largest nonprofit of its kind in the United States. The Help Group works with children, adolescents, and adults with special needs related to autism spectrum disorder, learning differences, ADHD, developmental delays, abuse, and emotional problems.
