College life is tough, and burnout can sneak up on you. Learn how to recognize the early signs and get proactive with self-care strategies in our group therapy session! You’ll receive professional guidance, connect with supportive peers, and gain practical tips to manage stress, balance schoolwork, and set healthy boundaries.
