Enrichment Courses
Our Enrichment Program for Neurodivergent Young Adults (Ages 18–30) is designed for individuals with mild to moderate support needs who are looking for a fun, empowering, and supportive place to learn new skills. This program offers a comfortable, sensory-aware environment where participants can grow at their own pace while feeling understood and included.
With patient instructors, small group sizes, and individualized support, our program encourages independence, creativity, and meaningful social connection.
Unlock creativity in a supportive, sensory-aware art space! This class invites neurodivergent young adults with moderate support needs to explore a wide range of art materials—such as painting, drawing, collage, and mixed media—at their own pace. Instructors provide step-by-step guidance, visual supports, and hands-on assistance to help each participant build confidence, express themselves, and develop fine-motor and communication skills. Every session focuses on enjoyment, exploration, and creating artwork that reflects each individual’s unique voice.
This engaging cooking class empowers neurodivergent young adults with moderate support needs to learn essential kitchen skills in a structured, safe, and encouraging environment. Participants practice simple recipes using clear visual instructions and guided support from staff. Each week focuses on building independence—measuring, mixing, chopping with adaptive tools, and understanding kitchen safety—while enjoying the social experience of preparing and tasting food together. The class emphasizes confidence, teamwork, sensory comfort, and life-skill development through meaningful hands-on cooking activities.
